About Jessie
Jessie, founder and director of Metz Consulting, is a strategic and results-driven individual with extensive experience in consulting, merchandising and management. She has worked in a wide range of businesses of varying sizes, types and across multiple global markets.
Before beginning her career as a consultant, Jessie worked in Buying and Merchandise Planning for leading global retail businesses across Asia and Australia.
She has experience leading teams, developing and executing product strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
As a retail consultant, Jessie joined Accenture, one of the global giants in retail consulting, in their London Office. She worked on blue-chip clients in the UK and Europe across multiple industries and specialties: Grocery, Fast Fashion, E-commerce, Department Stores, FMCG.
Having worked across the globe, Jessie has a deep understanding of the retail industry and the importance of having a customer-focused strategy. Combining her broad skill set with a deep commercial knowledge, Jessie is able to support businesses in executing their long-term strategies and achieve their commercial outcomes.
